With a standard size of 10 meters × 20 meters, this tennis court is constructed using high-quality materials to ensure durability, weather resistance, and long-term performance. The design integrates a hot-dip galvanized steel pipe column frame with electrostatic spraying for corrosion protection, providing a robust and stable foundation. The structural columns and beams are made from 100 × 50 × 3mm steel profiles, ensuring strength and rigidity under all conditions.
The court’s perimeter is enclosed by black wire mesh fencing, supported by curved green columns that offer a clean, modern aesthetic. The color scheme can be customized upon request to match branding or environmental preferences. The enclosure includes curved silk grass artificial turf (210 square meters), measuring 2 meters wide and woven with self-colored, high-density (5800 density) synthetic fibers. This premium turf provides excellent traction, shock absorption, and realistic playing feel, while being low-maintenance and long-lasting.
